My name is Vida, I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).I hold a Masters in Counselling Psychology (MCP) from CityUniversity of Seattle, a Bachelor’s in Clinical Psychology from overseas. I am a member in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and a full member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) since 2015.

My approach to counselling is relationship focused, holistic, spiritual, and intimately connected to humanistic philosophy of living.Providing clinical counselling services for individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with a variety of life challenges such as depression, anxiety, work related stress, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, mood disorders,stress,relationship issues,anger management and more.

My goal is to provide you a safe space to process all that preoccupies you in order to live an authentic and meaningful life. While being present, gentle, curious and open, I strive to identify the areas in your life that need care and attention.
